CR-V EX 2.4L
This is the second motor to go out. The first time was the driver side window a few months ago. This time it is the front passenger side. The explanation for the problem is the same, motor is bad need to be replace. I have two more windows in the back that may go out and at almost $500.00 per repair plus a lost of a day or 2 such as now, it is significant. A call at American Honda yielded nothing and the dreaded words "it's no longer under warranty" is heard, again. There are other problems with this particular CR-V and I need to get rid of it before it cost me more money let alone my job. Sorry for the snowballing gripe but judging by the trajectory it's likely to happen. I owned other vehicles with power windows and this is the first and second time with a window motor problem. It's weird that those consumer survey with a $1 bill don't come around anymore, I sure can use one.
