The contact owns a 2007 Honda CR-V. the rear middle seat belt hooks to the seat. As a result, the contact's son wrapped the seat belt around his neck and could not unlock the release button without the key. Her son began choking and turned red and blue in the face. Her husband helped unlock the release button with the key. The owner's manual was of no assistance and the contact feels that this was a major safety hazard. She has not yet notified Honda. The failure and current mileages were 6,000.
