Our carseat will not tighten down in our 2011 crv but it will tighten down in a 2010 and 2012 models. The dealership replaced all my seatbelts and the problem still exists and now they are telling me that there is nothing they can do. Does anybody else have this problem? What are the next steps I can take? This is bullshit that I cannot have my 16 month old daughter in our car cause its unsafe
