We got our 2012 Honda CRV touring edition in summer ,until now the CRV is very convenient and comfortable and no problems for us but the weather got colder and one night I was driving on highway when I noticed a cold draft coming in so I had to put the heater more higher , I checked everywhere and noticed the cold air is coming from the door handle and the control panel where you have the buttons for automatic windows and locks, it felt like the air condition is blowing at your hands when you place your arm on the side of the door and I asked my son who was sitting in the back seat and he felt it too the cool draft coming through the door handle. I called the Honda dealership in North Vancouver next day and they told me to bring the car in and they also confirmed they are having the same issue when testing other Honda CRV 2012 and told me they called the Honda Canada back east and they said they cannot do anything so they give me a 1800 number to call and the customer service just brushed it off and said that is the way these CRVs are build and cannot help me. I'm just wondering am I the only person in North America have this issue.
