The left rear tire experienced a blowout, which caused consumer to lose control of the vehicle, consumer contacted the manufacturer and was instructed to send in the damaged tire, once the manufacturer received the tire, they stated the tire was not at fault, but the rim was due to it leaking, and there was no financial responsibility on their part, and therefore the claim was denied.mr
