2001 acru MDX front left coil spring failed. Eight inches of the spring seperated due to two seperate cracks.

Dt contact states received a recall letter and the dealer refused to fix the recall. The recall was for the front suspension. Also, contacted the manufacturer, they said since he was living in California that he would have to take the vehicle back to Missouri to have it fixed.
