The contact owns a 2020 Acura MDX. The contact stated that the view out of the passenger's side of the windshield near the A-pillar was distorted. The contact stated that the view was like looking through a coke bottle. The contact took the vehicle to hubler Acura (1265 us-31, greenwood, in 46143, (317)883-4560) to be inspected. The contact was informed that replacing the windshield did not guarantee that the issue would be fixed. The vehicle had not been repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The approximate failure mileage was 178.
