Remote works fine using key fob, when trying to remote start using Acuralink app it says "engine malfunction". My subscription is active, they had me try reloading the acuralink app on my phone that also did not work. I went to dealer first they said not their problem I need to call support, support says I need to tke it to the dealer for a TCU (Telematics control Unit) inspection. We will see what happens. P.S. Acura Customer Care sucks, will take over a week for a response and only if you keep bothering them.
