ServiceNews Article - Does your vehicle not start due to a discharged battery? In some cases, the audio unit is the culprit. The audio unit might not shut down after the vehicle is turned to OFF, which will cause the audio unit to slowly drain the battery. If the vehicle applies, you need to follow the procedure in S/B 17-035, Audio Unit May Display "USB Not Responding." and update the audio unit.
