TSB Document:

Affected Component: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:WIRING:FUSES AND CIRCUIT BREAKERS

Summary
Tech line summary article - If the power system won't start when pressing the ENGINE/START STOP button, yet the instrument panel and other electrical items are working, a blown B5 (7.5 A) fuse in the auxiliary under-hood fuse/relay box may be the culprit. We've traced the cause of this blown fuse to a short in the high mount brake light.
