I had this issue apart from the other issues like the infotainment, brakes issues. The shifting of gears are horrid with the vehicle. The shifting from 2nd to 3rd and also from lower to upper is completely an issue. Sometimes the car when depressed on the gas pedal chokes first and then picks up slow. Also when on expressway when depressed chokes to pickup and turbo kick in is very late. On couple of occasions I was just about to be reared by an speeding truck and was an lucky escape when joining from the ramp in Texas.

I had reported this issue to the dealer apart from the other issues and they mentioned there are no issues with the vehicle. how can it be nothing when many are facing similar issues. I had enough with this vehicle and already an Class rep on the infotainment issue. I need to really take this serious for the money invested on an faulty vehicle with incorrect designs made available to public deeming it as safe.

I am willing to return this vehicle and want Acura corporate to pay back all the money I have invested on this vehicle. Really upset and stranded on an faulty vehicle with corporate claiming none. ridiculous.
