Hey guys, I have a 2004 Acura RL (Legend). Has anyone experience this situation when you put the keys in the ignition and no lights on dashboard or anything, unable to crank until I called AAA and have them jump start it for me. I brought the battery to get it tested and the battery tester said the battery is good. In addition, I have noticed it happened in the past and what I would do is wait a few minutes before I put the keys in and it would start.

The morning I was to take the car in, it failed AGAIN. This time, only 5 days after the previous electrical failure, it failed again. It's starting to occur more frequently and closer together. My mechanic was completely baffled with this issue. Had never experienced this type of problem with an Acura RL ever before NOR had he ever heard of a problem similar. That wasn't very comforting at all.

They kept it the better part of the day trying to duplicate the problem and going over the entire electrical system. They couldn't find ANY problem visually, mechanically or on the computer. The exploratory was not cheap at $372.00 with NO result. So far, it has not failed again since the look over. Completely baffled. BUT, this should not happen... at all !!

Ok, second time this occurred. Complete electrical failure.upon turning off the ignition after parking. Car wouldn't open or start. Let it sit again. It finally restarted after 3 attempts. Becoming a serious concern.
