Electronic Stability Control Problem-available for inspection upon request. 1. I have had issues with the rear end fishtailing for a few seconds that would correct itself. Today after I pulled out of work, the car fishtailed when I was entering the highway. All the warning lights started flashing-paws, brake assist, power steering, hill, lane departure, etc. 2. This is very dangerous and a safety issue that Acura should take responsibility for before accidents occur! 3. I notified the dealer on 5-13-2022 who stated the problem was probably just battery voltage related. 4. No warnings with the dashboard flashing lights until 5-13-2022 but the sudden fishtailing has been occurring for several months now. 5. I assumed it was the tires and bought 4 new ones. On 5-15-2022 the car fishtailed so suddenly my passangers thought i was trying to avoid hitting something in the road.

Rear wheel steering actuators act erratic. After going around a turn the rear wheel steering hangs up then rear end swerves badly (fish tailing). It has happened so bad the rear wheels hung up for over 5 miles and all the warning lights came on and speed was limited to less than 50 mph. I took my car to dealer and they would not warranty this. I am picking the car up today 8/24/20. Making me pay for actuators. No labor which is only 1.5 hours. This is a life safety issue. Should be recalled immediately. I thought Honda/Acura would stand behind their product. Will need a new car soon and this definitely effects my decision.

Car makes loud noises when steering, car randomly swerves (fishtails) while driving.a moaning can be heard from the car's rear when driving straight and making side-to-side turning movements with the steering wheel. This has been going on for months! this is related to tsb no. 13-041. Acura will not cover the full cost of the repair.the want the consumer to pay for this safety repair. This has happen on the freeway and on city roads. Huge safety issue as this unexpectedly causes the driver to move into another lane beyond their control.

Sudden fish tail motions while traveling on road and cause wheels to go out of alignment and could lead to possible accident. This has happened not only me but others that own a 2014 Acura Rlx

The last month or so, I have had issues with the rear end fishtailing for a few seconds that would correct itself. Today after I pulled out of work, the car fishtailed when I was entering the highway. All the warning lights started flashing-paws, brake assist, power steering, hill, lane departure, etc. The power to engine was cut, steering wheel alignment off. Very scary on a 65 mph highway. I got to my garage and they checked it out. The error codes showed rear wheel steering but nothing further. They had no idea what caused and how to fix. The code did not help. I see there are numerous other complaints with this issue. This is very dangerous and a safety issue that Acura should take responsibility for before accidents occur!

Car randomly steers itself into oncoming traffic lanes or onto the roadside. Acura dealership has looked at it, repair cost is extremely high. Too dangerous to trust the vehicle with these issues. Lkas, ldw, acc, brake hold system lights come on and go off. Happens in parking lots, and country roads, on highways. Steering is erratic at all speeds when this occurs, not necessarily over or under 50mph. Again, this has happened 3 times in a parking lot. All together we have experienced this issue 14 times within the last 6 weeks.

I had both actuators replaced a few years ago. Recently and suddenly the steering wheel went 90 degrees right as I was driving over 60 mph, while tracking straight, and all the computer sensor warning lights started flashing--brakes, power steering, paws, lane departure, etc. Very scary. It has happened three times in the last two weeks. Took to dealer service today, and told actuators need to be replaced and perhaps the control unit. Repair xpensive, but more importantly, a potentially very dangerous situation, particularly if one attempts to correct steering wheel off center situation.

When turning a corner, the paws engages, and keeps turning even when I try to steer away..it has been increasingly doing this..today, it did it horribly, scaring me to drive the vehicle. It also fish tails horribly while turning tight corners.. I am afraid I'm going to go off of the road, or hit another vehicle.

It was the scariest thing ever I was driving on the highway in the car with my son when my vehicle started decelerating what a very dangerous thing to happen. I purchased the car 94 days from the date of this incident. I took it to the Acura dealer which they said it wasn't covered under warranty. The recall for front collision warning light that comes on was not done ever on this car. The information emailed to me from the gentleman I spoke with on the phone does not show the work done I'm very angry and feel like my life could've been ended all because of a problem that should have been fixed

When I purchased the car in 2014 the first week I detected a noise on the rear of the car, I went to the Acura service center and they found problem with the actuators, they received the visit from an usa service center technician and confirming a malfunction actuator they said that they will work on a new design. Apparently, they did and since them they have replace the actuators in 4 occasions. Lately when I do an 'U' turn the car wheels continues facing the direction of the turn for over 200 meters, then the car slips abruptly from the back to try to align the wheels/car. This represent a serious safety concern since you lost control of the car and can create a collision if you are not alert and prepare to response.
