Just purchased vehicle in 2023, still under warranty. I got the Premium plus due to the heat package, I found out the steering wheel heat barely works, ask the Audi service to look at it, they said there is a service bulletin saying that the steering wheel heat could take up to 30 mins to heat to potential. What is the point in even having that as an option if it works at the end of my commute? In another German Bavarian brand it would take a total of 2 mins not 30! Come on Audi you can do better!
