Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 01 number 13-19 dated August 1, 2013. The customer complains that the vehicle sporadically cannot be started. The yellow gearbox warning light may be illuminated. DTCs may be present. The remote key being used is transmitting incomplete immobilizer information to the vehicle, resulting in the condition.
