The customer may report that the seal on the rear door is loose or deformed. The loose seal may cause noise when the vehicle is motion. The seal is held onto the rear door by its own clamping force. As passengers enter and exit the vehicle, the seal may become dislodged due to friction created when their clothing comes in contact with the seal.
