TSB Document:

Affected Component: EQUIPMENT:APPLIANCE:AIR CONDITIONER

Summary
Various "whistling" noises are heard from the blower motor when it is running, particularly when it is running at lower fan speeds. The noises may be intermittent, and may depend on the outside temperature, the position of the flaps, etc. The noises are subtle, and they may not be heard if the audio system is on or if the vehicle is moving. The noises may be caused by a section of the noise insulation on the heating and air conditioning unit.
