Air bag light continues to come on. This appears to be similar to other complaints around the connector. This happens when the seat is moved forward or backward to accommodate different size drivers. Replacement of the air bag did not solve this issue.
The contact owns a 2005 Audi Tt quatro. The contact stated that the air bag light has illuminated intermittently since the vehicle was purchased. The dealer has made several unsuccessful attempts to diagnose the malfunction. The problem has continued to occur. The current mileage was 104000 and the failure mileage was 12,000.
