The contact owns a 2010 Buick Lucerne. The contact stated that when the brake pedal was depressed, the vehicle suddenly accelerated without warning. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the catalytic converter and the motor mount needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired however, the failure recurred.
