I purchased a brand new, 2018 Buick Regal GS with the 3.6 L V-6 engine. For the most part, I really like this car. It drives well, rides well, has many good features and receives lots of compliments. However, shortly after purchase, I noticed one very annoying issue.
Fast forward to summer time in central TX where the heat and humidity last for months. I use and appreciate my A/C greatly. I have noticed that the A/C in this vehicle will intermittently blow warm, humid air that greatly warms the cabin. I have even had fellow passengers mention the sudden change in air temperature/humidity while riding. It is highly annoying and also quickly makes the cabin uncomfortable.
I took the vehicle to a local dealer to get checked out. They said everything was operating correctly. I beg to differ.
I have seen a similar complaint on this website with the 2018 Buick Enclave with the 3.6L as well. Wonder if this is a global issue? Have had several GM cars with auto A/C function with no issues. I will not keep this car long if this issue persists or there is no remedy.
