The contact owns a 2006 Buick Terraza. The contact stated that when they applied the brakes, the brake pedal was resistant, then released and extended to the floor. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer and was told that there was software that caused the braking system to delay. The contact was not told that the software failed. The vehicle also intermittently failed to start and the contact was told that it was also because of the software. The contact was concerned that there was a central issue with the computer in the vehicle. The failure mileage was 72,150 and the current mileage was 82,000. Updated 05/24/11 the also stated the left signal light was replaced three times and the oil level was constantly low. Updated 05/26/11
