The contact owns a 2006 Buick Terraza. While driving 55 mph, the driver side window suddenly cracked and then shattered. The contact pulled the vehicle to the side of the road. He was able to find some plastic to tape up the window and then drove to his residence. He called the dealer and they informed him to call NHTSA and file a complaint. The vehicle has not been repaired. The VIN was unknown. The failure mileage was 23,490 and current mileage was 23,800.
