The contact owns a 2004 Cadillac Cts. The contact stated that water penetrated the vehicle from an unknown source and saturated the noise reduction foam. Also, the under body frame was severely corroded. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The VIN was not available. The failure mileage was 115,313 and the current mileage as 115,402. Updated 2/19/13 the consumer stated the frame was rusted on both sides due to spraying foam in the inside for noise control from the manufacturer.
