First time it ever happened was on morning of 10/19/2015. Got into car. Buckled up seat belt. Turned on ignition, heard the warning beep. Thought it was the headlight switch may have been left on. Checked and it was off. Looked at dashboard and looked normal except the seat belt warning light was still on (Usually turns off after 6 beeps unless I haven't buckled it up.).
I turned off car. Unbuckled myself, then turned on ignition, the beeping and warning light still happened. I turned off car, then buckled up fully, then turned car back on. Same thing happened. Seat belt warning light came on, never went away, kept beeping for about a few minutes while I drove. Tested this 3 times with same results during today. Found no issue or help online as of yet.
