The contact owns a cosco MINIhouse (na) safety seat, model number: Ic210ckb, model type: Disney light and comfy (na). The seat was manufactured on April 20, 2015. The safety seat was being utilized in a 1999 Cadillac Deville. The contact stated that the handles of the child seat fractured. In addition, the seat belt straps were loose and weak. The child was in the safety seat at the time of the failure. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The purchase date was unknown.
Seat belt on the driver side gets tighter, the longer the usage. Driver has to take seat belt off after a period of time wearing it. Dealer says there is nothing that can be done.
