The contact owns a 2004 Cadillac Deville. The contact received a recall notice for NHTSA campaign number: 14V355000 (electrical system). While turning the steering wheel, the contact heard an abnormal sound coming from the steering column and the service warning indicator illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified. The failure mileage was unknown.
