We've had so many problems with our 2010 Cadillac SRX. It was purchased used with 66k miles and now has around 115k miles. Check engine light is a recurring problem with new issues every time we take it to the mechanic (several times a year). Currently there is an audible knocking/rubbing sound coming from the front wheel areas when driving. Mechanic determined it needs new front struts, strut mount, sway bar bushing set, front lower control arm, front sway bar link and the check engine light (this time) found a Vacuum Leak in EVAP system. Total cost with parts and labor is around $2,315. I've broken out the cost for the steering issues on this complaint and will break out the suspension (strut issues) and vacuum leak in EVAP system separately on another compliant. If you prefer to own a car for the long term, this is vehicle is not a good choice.
