I'M SO PISSED I COULD SCREAM.
I've worked hard to save $8,000 to purchase my first brand new car, unfortunately, that car just so happened to be a Chrysler 300. First, I heard the funny sounds at that same time a message appeared " Battery Saving Mode", on 8-23-14. When this message popped up I was in a drive thru with my 18 month old in the car. Next, the stereo just shut down. Now, I'm scared that this forty-thousand dollar hunk of junk is gonna to leave me stranded. Thank goodness we made it home safely.
Next morning I contacted Chrysler only to be humiliated by a representative telling me there's nothing Chrysler can do. NOW I'm MAD!!! I GAVE HIS UNHELPFUL, RUDE ASS A PIECE OF MY MIND.
So I sucked up the lost and figured I'll pay for it myself only to go to the garage to find a completely died vehicle.
Let see: $55.00 for towing, $700.00 for the part, $200.00 for labor. WTF Chrysler! This is how you treat your customers?
