The 2nd row entertainment screens do not usually turn on, when you try to use them. The latest problem is a dark screen (no functionality at all). In the past they would work until a game was selected and then it would give a dark screen.
The vehicle was taken to the dealer and software/firmware updates were applied to the system, but the dark screen issue persisted. The vehicle was taken in again in Dec 2021 for a check engine light and was diagnosed with a bad video routing module.
The vehicle is not back from the deal yet, so I'm not sure if this has/will fix the problem.
