The vehicle illuminated a check engine light and after that it would not use the hybrid system correctly.
According to displays in the vehicle it appeared to use some battery power, but also showed that the vehicle was charging the hybrid battery while it was at 100% capacity.
The vehicle is currently at the dealer (since Dec 9,2021) and have diagnosed the problem as a bad electric coolant heater. This is the same problem (according to the dealer) as the "smell coolant when using rear heat" problem I submitted. These two issues don't seem like the same problem to me
