A/C internal fan switch fails in at least two positions and have had smoke enter inside the van while driving, from I think the fan. Once the fan is turned off the smoke goes away.
Consumer took children to school and could smell gas, consumer had received a recall regarding the fuel pump, however after speaking with the dealer he did not believe this problem had to do with the recall, after package, vehicle went into house, neighbor called her and stated her vehicle was on fire and was totaled, claim 20-5211-880.
While driving, consumer smelled gas, had received recall regarding fuel pump and made an appointment with the dealership after smelling the gas, vehicle experienced fire, claim 20-5211-880.

The consumer states taking the vehicle in for the fuel leak recall(NHTSA id#00-V-268-000 manufacturer recall id# 895). The vehicle had a leak at the top seam of the fuel tank. The consumer states each time the tank was filled the smell of gas lingered for at least two days. The problem did not start until the recall was performed. The dealer was notified.

Fuel rail was leaking gasoline into engine. Consumer felt that vehicle should be included in recall #00V268000 for fuel leakage. Dealer has been contacted.
Vehicle experiencing fuel fumes/order leakages coming into the vehicle while driving. Vehicle inspected by independent repair shop and unable to locate cause. Manufacturer notified, and informed consumer that nothing can be done until consumer received a recall. Seeking help from NHTSA on this matter. Please feel free to provide any further details.
