Left front wheel bearing and axle, left and right outer tie rods, front right ball joint, strut rod bushings, windshield wiper bearings, left front door lock doesn't work, left front window won't let down and roof paint.
Consumer heard a clanking noise coming from the driver's side. Consumer drove vehicle for inspection. Mechanic determined that driver's side and passenger side upper control ball joints needed to be replaced.
While driving 55 mph, the right tie rod failed, causing the driver to drift to the side of the road. The consumer had the vehicle towed to the dealership. The mechanic informed the owner that the right upper and lower ball joints had failed.
