The contact then called ray laethem Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (18001 mack ave, detroit, mi 48224, (313) 884-7210) and was instructed on how to remove her child out of vehicle. The manufacturer had not been notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 100,000.
