The paint is blistering..bubbles up. Back hatch and now over wheel well on back drivers side. I had it looked at at Fiat in Roanoke Va. I wrote letters to the company. I was told it was not rust and not covered! My brother is a certified Tech. He opened the wheel well area to fix it and it was rusting through! He has repaired and painted it twice and it is bubbling AGAIN..
