When filling up with gas - pump clicks off every few seconds. Takes a long time to fill tank at a very low rate of flow. It takes about 10 mins to pump one gallon and it shuts off constantly. In other words when squeezing the pump, it puts a few drops and cut off and it would continuously do this.
