problem #2

Explorer Sport Trac XL 4L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 42,000 miles

The wheel bearings leak fluid. We changed them out, but they are leaking again. We had to use emory cloth to touch up scratches on the stainless steel spindells. They seem to hang up and not spin. We have to do it again, as the grease won't stay in.

This should of never happen at only 65000 miles It was very hard to fix. It broke down only 100 miles out of my extend warr. The car repair place wanted a arm and a leg to fix it.
