Low beam light relay terminal corroded from road salt. This seems to be a common issue for pre-2014 fiestas and sure enough it happened to me. Low beams went out but brights still worked and I was able to drive to work until dealership got it fixed (and sealed the new battery junction box too) for free under a customer satisfaction program. Glad Ford was proactive about resolving this issue.
