I took my Flex to the Ford dealer, and they all played dumb; as if it was the first they could recall a Flex ever leaked water into the cabin. The morons couldn't even show or tell me where the ac drain tube was located.
It rained and went to get in my car and the floor was completely wet! A puddle of water from my driver seat to the back seat behind the driver. We had to dry it and take it in. The dealership kept it and said they checked the drainage etc everything was. They said maybe I left my window cracked...... it rained again the same thing! My floor is wet only the driver floor this time. I take it in and the same thing the find nothing. The 3rd time it rains I take it back and they keep it a couple days, I get a rental I come back and still nothing they have no clue what is wrong! I don’t know what to do my car should not be getting water in it!
