Multiple times a week I drive passengers in a potentially unsafe car due to a recalled airbag. I have called a dealership, but was informed the part was not available for over a year and a half. It is irresponsible of Ford to not have this part available. I bought a car which I thought to be safe and the company clearly is not concerned about the welfare of their car owners due to the lack of concern about replacing the part.
Takata recall - while we did receive a recall notice in July 2016, Ford has still not made parts available to our dealer or contacted us regarding other ways to remedy this dangerous situation. Several telephone calls to our local Ford dealer as well as one directly to Ford in June 2017 have gotten us nowhere.

Have contacted my automax dealer 3 times in the last 4 months to remedy this airbag recall....every time I have been told that they have no remedy for this defective product.

This recall began in June of 2016. A year and a half later, I have not been contacted by Ford to have these airbags replaced. I feel this is too much time to be driving around with faulty airbags that could lead to personal injury to myself and others
Takata recall. The airbag light continues to stay on, every once in a wail the light go off for a day or so but comes back on. When I make a turn, as I apply the brakes the car seems to slide.

"takata recall" I receivedtakata have filed chapter 11bankruptcy. Card said "if your vehicle contains a defective or potentially defective airbag inflattor and is under recall, contact your nearest dealer immediate to schedule a free repair. I have left at least 3 messages since 7-8-2017. El cajon Ford 1595 East main St. El cajon, ca 92021 phone 619-579-8888, 619-493-4787. No call back as of today 11-13-2017.
