Takata recall there is no damage to my car or airbag deployment that has happened yet but I was notified of this recall 3 years ago and would like to know why this has not been resolved yet. I do not want to wait until my loved ones or myself is injured from this issue. I would appreciate more urgency on this matter and the fact that I own a car that is defective. I have received several recall notices in the mail and have spoke with the dealership multiple times and no action has been taken yet to this matter, this is absurd.

Takata recall - none of the Ford dealers that I've contacted have any solutions to this problem... they say their parts department can not order replacement air bags for my car :-( the dashboard on the passenger side of my car is warping! I guess Ford is okay with the fact that hundreds if not thousands of people are driving around Ford cars & trucks with takata airbags that could send glass shards in to the passenger cabin on impact! totally unacceptable and extremely disappointing.... I've received so many notices from Ford but never any solutions!

My vehicle has had an airbag recall for the front passenger (takata brand) airbag. I've received many notices for this issue since I've purchased the car (August, 2014). After calling Ford multiple times, I've been told that the products have not arrived to replace the possibly damaged parts. My car has been in one accident in the past three years (roughly fall/winter of 2016). The airbags did not deploy, which is worrisome because at this point I'm unsure if it's because it wasn't necessary or because they are malfunctioning. Please advise and let me know how I can further evaluate and solve this issue. Thanks!
Air bag came lose when driver the car and we were in motion. Took the car back Feb 16 2016 to the dealer and they glue it back down. This was unsafe to drive and we were not happy.
Takata recall. The the manufacturing has exceeded a reasonable amount of time for recall remedy. I started getting recall notices on this recall in July 2016. I got a notice from Ford in September 2018 that stated that repair is now available and to have repairs made asap. I had my Ford dealer order the air bag on September 17th 2018. As of today they have not received the air bag. When I contact Ford customer service they told me to work with my dealership. My dealership tells me there is nothing that can be done until Ford ships the airbag. Ford confirmed that the order was made.

Takata recall the takata recall has been going on for years yet the dealer continues to tell me they don't have the parts. Is the dealer waiting for me to junk the car so that it is one less airbag they have to replace" when will the parts be available"
Over 2 years and nothing. I don't Ford think has any intentions of fixing these. Many companies would jump at the chance to fill this order. This government should be ashamed of its support for the american people!
Takata recall I received a notice regarding my takata airbag recall recently and since have been contacting the Ford dealership that I purchased my car from to get it fixed. Unfortunately, I keep getting told that they don't have the part and have no idea when it will be in. My husband was even told that the car is still completely safe. This is unacceptable service and I am still driving around with unsafe air bags because of their inability to fix the recall.
