While driving, the engine just lost all power for a few seconds then wound back up, then lost power again. Had to limp home this way for 20 miles with no change.

I have a 2015 Mustang GT premium package. Car randomly stalls without warning, has happened 2 times now. Took to dealership both times and was told that they can't diagnose if there aren't any warning lights. My sister has a 2016 Mustang Turbo Premium and she encountered the same problem.

Obviously Ford has a problem with these vehicles and should address it promptly as this could result in an accident.
