The Mustang has the ecoboost performance package with 19" ebony black painted wheels. The car has only 30,000 miles on it despite being 5 years old the lug nuts on each wheel had to be replaced because the nuts were swelling and a standard size wrench could not remove them. This problem was detected at 25,000 miles and verified by the Ford dealer recently. Today, the Ford dealer replaced the lug nuts, which cost $13.03 apiece plus installation and tax for a total of $316.91. However, the real problem is the potential that a wheel could not be removed in case of a flat tire out on a highway. In addition, I can't believe that lug nuts whose threads were not stripped need replacement which appears to be at 30,000 mile intervals. I have cars that have over 100,000 miles on them and never have lug nuts needed to be replaced. There is a safety issue here because being able to change a tire when necessary should not require a major operation.

Had a flat tire and did not have a spare. So, I had the car towed to a service station to have the tire repaired. Then I bought a Ford spare tire kit for my 2015 Mustang and discovered the lug wrench did not fit the lugs on the car. The dealer stated the lugs on the car had to be replaced and I was responsible for the cost ($127.20). Since this is a latent defect, query why Ford is not responsible for replacing the lugs.

Wheel lugs de-laminate requiring replacements to be purchased. Factory provides lug wrench will not fit the de-laminated lugs making a tire removal impossible on the road to change a flat tire.

Wheel lug nuts are defective - have swollen and are stripped - unable to use torque wrench to tighten wheels properly. Ford does not want to warrant lug nuts even though the car is only 3 years old, 29K miles and 100% maintained by the Ford dealer

Continuous excessive road noise throughout cabin starting at ~10 mph until ~20 mph. Low frequency "woo woo" sound. Much more pronounced after driving a few miles. Not located to any wheel, brake system, axle, or differential. Very loud and annoying especially in slow traffic. Safety issue" also excessive road noise starting at ~60 mph. Higher frequency resonant humming sound. Oem 19" pirelli tires on 19" GT premium rims. No cupping or excessive tire wear. Only ~24000 miles. Getting worse as time goes on. Happens with & without traction control. 5.0L V8. 6 spd manual. Noisy with & without clutch depressed. Safety issue? wheel bearings? axle bearings? differential defect"

Bought a 2015 Mustang GT Feb 28 at 9pm with 19200 miles on it. March 1 I noticed the car had 3 different tires brands on it. The car pulls bad to the left under acceleration, when you let off the gas it pulls right. Laurel Ford did a 4 wheel alignment on the car and it still pulls. Now they say it is the struts and the orded 2 new ones for the frount. I think it is the tires not the struts but they won't replace the tires because they would haft to pay for them. They only want to replace parts that warranty will pay for. They said no way they would pay for 4 new tires. This is a safety issue ⚠️ very dangerous driving the car because it is a manuel transmisaion and every time you accelerate the car pulls left holding the wheel straight does not stop it, it still pulls left, then right when you take your foot off the gas. What Ford dealer would sell a car with 19,200 miles on it with 3 mis mached tires on it. Also the tires have different load and speed rateings on each one, like 101Y, and 105Y, and 100 Y. I dont know wats wrong, I think laurel Ford is stalling, why"??" I have had the car for 15 days now still not fixed. I guess some one will look into this after some bodys gets killed like me and what ever car I hit head on at 70 mph.

Clear coat on wheels is discoloringmand spider cranking from underneath clear coat. Ford replaced three wheels in April 2017, Ford replaced one of those three after the sameness defect in October of 2017, and most recently Ford replace the two rear wheels again, I am currently waiting on Ford to approve another replacement of one of the front wheels for a third time due to clear coat discoloration. Please see documents attached.

Ford has failed to make a spare wheel/tire available for the 2015 Mustang. It is not standard on all vehicles (a tire inflation kit is all it comes with) and the spare wheel/tire is on back order for all dealerships because supply is low and production is being prioritized over owner availability. Therefore, I am stuck without a spare wheel/tire. I have even tried to procure an aftermarket spare and 3 different tire stores have told me they do not have a compatible spare available. Ford is handling the availability of a spare wheel/tire as a shortage of an "accessory" as if it is a floor mat, rather than a safety critical part as a spare wheel/tire is.
