Ford TSB #TSB 22-2362
2021 Ford Mustang
TSB Document:
Affected Component: PARKING BRAKE
- Summary
- Some 2020-2022 Mustang Shelby GT500 vehicles may exhibit an intermittent parking brake fault message in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) with diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) C1034, C2005, C2006, C2007 and/or C2008 stored in the anti-lock brake system (ABS) module and/or a parking brake that sticks after being applied. This may be due to internal binding of the piston within the parking brake caliper. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to replace the parking brake caliper(s).
