Embarassing for GMC. I'm 6' 3" 250 lbs, can hit a golf ball 300 yards and I reported the horn is hard to make work. Lady in Service Department said she was able to work it. First dealer had mechanic take of the cover and clip a fat zip tie. It worked okay on right side but left side was ultra hard. Second dealer following week had a service guy try it but before pressing it he was boasting, oh they're a little dicey but after trying several times he admitted you'd wreck the vehicle trying to press it hard enough. We tried a new Acadia nearby and that horn was perfect, ultra sensitive. Anyways his guy rerouted some wires under the cover and its about 75% now. The right side is perfect, left side takes medium effort. I can live with it.
