Brought in for an AC issue (faulty condenser not covered by GMC) and an oil change and was told my rear driver shock was leaking. Sure enough, I took a look and there was an obvious leak. I am very gentle on my vehicles, and have owned many vehicles. This is the first one that I have ever had to replace a shock on, and also this one has the least amount of miles I have ever had on a vehicle. The slogan should be "We try really really hard at professional grade, but we fail a lot more than we succeed"
