It's unfortunate that GMC doesn't realize that they are producing trash products. It's no way a car with less than 100,000 miles require a new engine. I experienced the problem with the windshield wipers not working and had them replaced prior to the recall as well as the issues with the headlights. I bought this vehicle two years ago with only 43,000 miles and here I am two years later dishing out another $5000 in repairs. GMC ---DO BETTER!!!

My Terrain just started stalling. And it happens a few times a day. This is not safe. I had my two grand-daughters with me in their car seats, as I pulled out from a stop sign it just stopped couldn’t steer or anything. People coming down the road and I am stuck In the middle of a street until I could put it in park and restart. And then it happens again.

What is going on? Somebody is going to be hurt or killed. I have almost been hit in the side or rear ended because of this problem, about 15 times in the last two weeks. You think this piece of crap is running right, and then it happens again. I absolutely do not feel safe in this vehicle and I actually hate that I bought this brand new. And have felt I was a target of a ripoff with the dealer. I can’t get anything fixed. Either they don’t order parts or it takes them forever.

2015 GMC Terrain started stalling while driving on 6/8/21... I barely survived getting home from appointment. This vehicle is a death trap in the making. GM needs to address this problem… it seems to have been going on for years. Once fixed, I am trading it in for a safer vehicle and it WILL NOT be a GM vehicle.

GM, get it together and fix the problems instead of turning a blind eye. I’ve owned 7 GM cars/SUV’s over the years and Dodge’s. GM has lost another long term customer who’s Father worked for them for over 25 years.

We were stranded out of state and could not keep car running. Had we not gotten it repaired they said we would have blown a head gasket. We also had gas in the oil from this problem so oil had to be recharged and it had just been done 2 months prior. And this happened on a Sunday.

My car stalled when in reverse. I thought I accidentally had it in neutral. I restarted it and thought it was fine. It gave a little chugging when I hit the gas pedal but all was fine until I stopped to pull into a parking spot and tried to reverse again to straighten my car. I turned it back on, then it was good enough to get out. when I went back to my car it stalled like 4 times when trying to simply leave the parking lot. Every time I would put my foot on the break it did this. I barely made it a 1/4 of a mile down the road to an auto shop who said it was a valve in my engine. It stalled again. I had to get it home so that I could have it towed in the morning to the dealer since it is still under warranty. That is where my car remains. I had to cancel all plans, call off work, and now I'm waiting to hear about the financial damage if it is not covered. I have had the car for 1 year. It is so frustrating. I've read numerous posts about this same problem so there should be a recall in the making.

My vehicle stalled the other day when I was reversing out of my driveway. I thought it was a fluke. No light turned on. Then I went to the store and was pulling out of the parking space and it stalled again. Pulled to the stop sign and it stalled again and the check engine light came on. Went to O'Reillys and they read the engine light. P0010 and P0011. I replaced the camshaft sensors and no less than 20 mins later the car stalled again. Did some research online and replaced the intake and exhaust solenoids. The check engine light came back on and I'm afraid the car is going to stall again. Spoke w. another owner of the same year make and model and he is having the same problems, There should be a recall for this issue before someone gets killed in a major intersection when their car stalls due to manufacturer.
