They had drilled a hole in the casing to add a feature that in the end GM didn’t add. They also didn’t plug the hole which results in a leak and replacement transmission and now costs thousands to fix.
They also costs themselves a potential long term customer.
Back to Lexus for me, I’m done with non-Asian cars for good.
