ON SOME VEHICLES AS WELL AS CREW CAB PICK-UPS, CUSTOMERS USING A CHILD RESTRAINT ON THE SECOND ROW BENCH SEAT MAY COMMENT THAT EITHER OUTBOARD SEATBELT RETRACTOR, UPON RETRACTION, MAY APPEAR THAT THE BELT DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY LOCK. *TT
