The contact owns a 2003 GMC Yukon. While driving 65 mph, the blower motor stopped working without warning. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic. The technician diagnosed that the blower motor and relay switch needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 157,000.
When driving in inclement weather the defroster will not send air to the left side of the windshield, which leaves a void, and does not defrost the left side. However, it will send air to the middle of the windshield. Contacted the dealer. However, the problem recurred.
