The seatbelt latch for the middle seat in the third row will not latch. Big safety concern when 8 people are riding because that seatbelt cannot be used. We have not yet taken it to a dealer. We rode with 8 passengers and did not see any warning lights when that person was not buckled.

The local dealer was contacted, and it was confirmed that the part was not available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. VIN tool confirms parts not available.
